All jewelry at Wild Prairie Silver is designed and hand-made by metalsmith Joy Kruse. According to Joy, "I want to bring you something unique, fun, not too serious but durable."
All Wild Prairie jewelry is either gold, sterling silver, copper or bronze. No plated metals are used. If you have any questions or need sizing please ask. Custom orders are always welcome.
Payment
Paypal, Mastercard, Visa and personal checks are accepted. Wisconsin residents must pay state sales tax.
Orders paid by check will be shipped after payment clears the bank. This can take up to two weeks.
Shipping
All orders paid by Paypal, Mastercard and Visa will be shipped immediately via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Orders over $50 will be insured.
International orders are accepted and additional insurance charges will apply. The buyer takes the risk when shipping through customs in their country.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do my best to make a wonderful and durable piece of jewelry. If an item does not meet your expectations, contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order to make arrangements for a return. A refund for the purchase price will be given. Shipping charges do no qualify for a refund and the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
I repair and size my own work for free for one year. After a year the cost is shared and it is usually minimal. I cannot replace a one of a kind stone.
